good news

I just got some good news, the centerpiece from my September NYC show has been acquired by the Whitney Museum of American Art, its now part of their permanent collection. I'm pretty excited, its got that "dream come true" sort of feeling to it...

In other news, I'm still homeless but I finally got a cell phone...

Came over from NYC Art and just wanted to say COOL! I am not really familiar with your work, but who cares? Your work is at the Whitney!

By the way, I am totally envious, but in a good way.

Nicholas,

Outstanding! When I saw this piece at the gallery last summer, I KNEW it was world class. I couldn't afford it then, and have kicked myself several times since...now I know those self-inflicted kicks were justified. Awesome work! I really like the new drawings from the taxidermy museum... Please yell (loudly) if you ever find yourself wishing for a piece of stone sculpture....I'd love to trade!!!!!

whatever, it's only because I touched it that the Whitney wanted it. I think they're after my cells, they've been trying to clone me for years. I think they're working on a super army of super artists or some shit.
